Delivery Information
Our mattress delivery provides two-man delivery, to inside your residence to the room you choose. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup. The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging and removal of your old mattress.
When your order arrives at the delivery agent closest to your home, you will be contacted by a scheduling clerk for a delivery appointment. The appointment is typically a 2- to 5-hour window, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Saturday deliveries are not always possible.
The most important thing to remember about delivery is that you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box/package has any damage, torn, scrape, dent or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
Please note, mattress and foundation orders are non-returnable. Cancellation is accepted within 48hrs of the order being placed. Once your mattress is in production, it cannot be canceled.
