Fairmont Design's Island Breeze collection, an extensive assortment of classic, yet casual designs for every room in the home, offers all the ingredients for infusing a relaxed, island inspired theme to your home. Crafted of elegant Okume veneers, an Asian species that exhibits many of the extraordinary grain characteristics of mahogany, and reinforced with selected hardwoods, Island Breeze is finished in Twilight Roast, a rich coffee shade enlivened with golden highlights and subtle burnishing. The focus of the Island Breeze dining room is the elegant 68" rectangular dining table, which extends to 96" with two leaves inserted, and showcases a spectacular Okume veneer top, gracefully-turned and tapered legs, and a distinctive shaped apron. As a more casual alternative, the counter height gathering table, at 60" square with its self-storing leaf in place, is the ideal venue for playing games and entertaining family and friends. To accompany the rectangular table, the side and arm chairs feature the collection's signature split bamboo accented with leather strapping as a back splat. A shell-carved, scrolled top rail, a distinctly shaped and curved back, turned and tapered legs and a comfortable upholstered seat covered in a versatile buff-colored microfiber complete the look of the chair. A similarly-designed counter height stool is also available to complement the gathering table.
